Tallinn’s old town looks built for a postcard, even before winter. Centuries-old buildings in bright colors under red tiled roofs, snow on everything when we visited. We went specifically on rumors that Estonia had world-class restaurants. Leib, doing a modern take on traditional Estonian food, is the reason those rumors turned out to be true.
