Switzerland

Luxury hotel reviews, travel guides, and stories.

When we think of Switzerland, our minds immediately go to the majestic Alps and those crystal-clear lakes that look like something out of a painting. It’s a land where nature feels both grand and intimate, offering a sense of peace that is honestly hard to find anywhere else. We fell in love with this contrast—finding moments of quiet luxury while surrounded by towering peaks. Whether we were waking up to the stunning views at Hotel Trois Couronnes or soaking up the sophisticated alpine atmosphere at Nevai Hotel, there is something incredibly grounding about these mountain landscapes.

But Switzerland isn't just a rustic escape; it also offers an unexpectedly polished urban vibe. We loved exploring the charm of Lucerne from the historic Hotel Wilden Mann and finding our sanctuary in the modern luxury of Hotel Greulich. And for those who want to end their day with something truly special, a dinner at Ecco Zürich is an absolute must—it's the kind of culinary excellence that perfectly rounds out a Swiss adventure.
